The universal quick-release coupler is compatible with all 1-inch diameter 2-in-1 saber handles. Prior to purchase, users must verify whether their saber handles feature female or male threading to ensure proper compatibility. Installation involves removing the bottom covers from both saber handles and securely attaching each corresponding half of the coupler unit to the exposed threading.
To connect sabers, align and firmly insert the coupler's spring-loaded stem until the ball-bearing locking mechanism audibly engages. For disconnection, simultaneously press both handles inward to release tension, and pull the central spring component outward to separate the units.
Important usage note: The rotational design utilizing ball bearings allows dynamic spinning of connected sabers during operation. As such, blade alignment between the two sabers cannot be permanently fixed and may require manual adjustment during use. This intentional design feature ensures smooth rotational movement while maintaining secure coupling integrity.
